We deliver merchandise to valid physical addresses within continental United States. International delivery service is not currently available.

Order Processing Lead‑time

After payment confirmation, our warehouse completes item checking and packing within 1‑3 business days. Processing time excludes weekends and official holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery normally takes 3‑5 business days after parcels leave our warehouse. These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during peak shopping seasons, severe weather disruptions or for remote delivery locations.

Shipping Fees

Delivery costs are dynamically calculated during checkout based on package weight and recipient location. All shipping charges will be clearly shown before you finalise payment.

Undeliverable / Return‑to‑Sender Parcels

Packages sent back to our warehouse as a result of incorrect address input, multiple failed delivery attempts or recipient refusal will incur return handling charges, which will be borne by the purchaser. Original outbound shipping fees will not be refunded.
